Disappointing Well the town didn’t had water on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21 it was a horrible experience to be there without water to do all the things we need to do as human beings. it was nice decor
Bad there was no water at all
this hotel has potential but needs more managerial support. The pool is only open from 2 to 10 so you can’t swim in the morning. they have to have a lifeguard because it’s a 4-8 foot pool. It is a bit off the beaten track if you’re staying to spend time in Nyack,ect. The pillows smelled of bleach, which surely meant they were clean, but it was a little off putting. I was caught off guard and didn’t have time to find another place, but this stay was so, so bad. There was no water, no compensation for the lack of water. Really poor customer service. This was a crisis - and where was the manager? They could have at least brought buckets of water to let us flush toilets. Nothing, really.

Never ever again No running water. dry taps. no water in lavatory cistern. got 4 small bottles of water for ablutions. apparently it’s an ongoing problem. The hotel knew beforehand but wasn’t informed of this till after check in. clean sheets comfy bed

Disappointing De hygiene viel zwaar tegen. Het personeel was onaardig en de geluidsoverlast was enorm. De locatie van het hotel was prima
Annoying and would avoid in the future. Could hear the full conversations/TVs of people in the rooms around us. Someone in the room next to us was smoking weed and the smell came into our room all night. Bathroom was cramped and awkward. Definitely not worth the money that we paid for the short time we were there. Location and parking.
