Heating issues and rude staff The heat wasn't working correctly in the room. Was blowing cold air even if I had it turned up to 90°. Went downstairs to tell the front desk and they treated me as though I didn't know how to use the thermostat which was an insult. Then was told to wait 20 to 30 minutes and the heat should turn on. So waited said time frame and it did kick on but if it kicked off at anytime then we got cold air again. By this time it was after midnight and didn't want to mess with it so we bundled up. Very Poor The smell in the room. Strong smell. No blankets. Just the covers of the bed. The bathtub was old and leaky
Disappointing There was at least one roach, maybe two, in our room. I packed up immediately after I saw them and went to the front desk to change rooms. To their credit, they switched me with no issues. Also, the eggs were pretty terrible. The staff were accommodating and very helpful. It was also walking distance to captain Lawrence brewery which was nice.

very expensive stay for minimal amenities. was charged $60 more at check in compared to price on reservation confirmatio breakfast was terrible! ran out of food both days. set up was awkward and used paper plates, cups and utensils. chaos and cold food. elevators were dirty. confusing layout. pillows are hard and lumpy. proximity to venue beds were comfy staff was friendly

it was okay but the place can be a little more organized and clean I feel like I over paid for something that wasn’t wor the service and the room not being cleaned and ready upon arrival and waiting almost 35 mins to get a room I paid for and it still wasn’t all the way clean the pool

Smells so bad so uncomfortable. The room was not clean and and the room smells very bad I had to clean the room so my daughter can feel comfortable in the room she hated the smell ! I wish the cleaners would clean better and i the room maybe some carper fresher. The location
