Bad. See "What I didn't like." Friday, May 21, both evening and night was terrible experience. Guests on my floor were yelling, laughing, pounding on each other's doors. This went on for until after midnight. I called the front desk and asked for another room. I was told there weren't other rooms. And I was told the problem was being dealt with. Obviously the guests did not quiet down. I got little sleep. I should get a refund for that night. Clean room
Really wouldn’t refer that place to anyone! The window was able to open on the first floor! The connecting door and the front door wasn’t tightly shut but they did lock. Very weird!! The carpet throughout the facility smelled dirty and covered up with a massive amount of, I guess carpet freshener! Not a good mix.

Disappointed I didn’t get my room I paid for king size bed. Neighbors down hall hall were loud couldn’t sleep all night. Then in morning went to breakfast the same people whom kept me up all night took everything from breakfast buffet without regards for their own employees or others. Still haven’t received my $50 deposit back…I mean seriously what is $50 going to fix for incidentials! Also enjoyed waiting for 20 minutes to check in! The location.

your staff needs better communication I really needed to sleep in after getting tests and chemo the day before (the reason for my trip) but housekeeping was knocking on my door at 8:50am even tho there was a DND sign on the door… made no sense. It started out as a 1 night stay but on night 1, due to snow, I booked and paid for another night. after housekeeping woke me up, I went to the front desk to confirm night 2 and sign paperwork.
