Terrible I came for a 3-day training at this hotel and stayed for safety since I'm not familiar with NY; after check-out, I realized I had left a bag with an expensive gift I bought at the local mall. After our training ended, I went to the front desk to get my bag; the housekeeping crew never returned the left-behind items; they gave me the runaround. I would not repeat a visit it was very dark and very inapproapriately shaped so much noise upon trying to sleep. there were some interesting guests roaming the hallway upon my evening visit to front desk

Grateful they could give us the one night. The quality of the room was not good. It had a musty smell & we had to plug the tub. It was clean but very basic & dated. I miscalculated my reservation & it was canceled. They were able to give me a room for one night & they were very kind about it. Rosie helped us to the room with our luggage & the lady at the desk was kind & empathetic.

I wouldn't stay there again. Breakfast was lacking. Scramble eggs were not made from fresh eggs, probably from powdered form. Bacon was of very poor grade if it was real. The bathroom had issues: too small, shower curtain did not protect water from spraying water outside the tub. (Booking.com described a roll in shower not a bath tub) Also, I found long hair in the tub. The toilet paper holder was loose and did not hold the rolls in place which kept on falling on the floor. For the dollar value.... this place is not worth it. Check out time is 12:00 , but the housekeeping staff knock on your door starting at 9:30 and continue to knock until you respond. When I asked if the check out time is 12, why are hey knocking , the housekeeper say "sorry, checking to see if you need anything". Being woken up so they can get their work done is unacceptable.
