Typical great meal at the Eldorado. Just cannot beat La Strada for consistent great meal, service, and all around dining experience. Our group of 8 was greeted warmly by the hosts and meal service by Chris as perfect, as always. We look forward to our return.

Just wonderful! We had the Chef's Menu and it was outstanding.......the porcini mushroom ravioli was amazing and the salmon was easily the best I've ever had! Service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves......Looking forward to our next visit!

The service is both professional and non-intrusive. The menu items are well prepared and tasty. It's a place where a guest can have "an experience" instead of just a meal.

As a fairly recent transplant to Reno, I am well aware of the great "foodie" movement here. But, I did not know that it could be argued the whole movement began at La Strada. I paid homage to this by ordering the hand made mushroom ravioli. It was a perfect entree following the Caesar salad (with whole white anchovies) and before the cannoli! Side vegetables of spinach and asparagus were perfect accompaniments to the ravioli. A bottle of Bocelli prose co completed the experience. I will be back ...

We have lived in Nevada for a few years now, and had not tried this restaurant before! - Why oh why we ask. We had reservations at 7:00 and arrived a few minutes early, but were seated immediately, The ambiance was wonderful, the smells, the sounds and the beautiful decor. We had read online about the sinful garlic bread and were not disappointed. Josh was our waiter, and was simply wonderful. Ivano was in the kitchen, and it was nice to see he was a hands on chef. We really need to thank our waiter, Will, for taking such good care of us. We were not only late for our reservation, but discovered the show started a half hour earlier than we thought, leaving us with only 40 minutes for dinner. Will expedited everything, and we had an excellent dinner and made the show! I have dinner in La Strada many times, and always enjoy the food, service and ambiance. Very much worth trying.

A surprisingly eclectic, a lacarte menu gives the diner a wide choice of combinations. Northern Italian cuisine at its best! Take it from a long time San Francisco veteran. Even dedicated New Yorker can't get enough.

I took my friends from San Francisco to La Strada in the Eldorado (and SF people Know good food/service!) and we were delighted with the whole experience. Service (Josh) was lovely, very informative but not intrusive, food was timely served and not only delish, but lots of it! Unlike some upscale restaurants, where you get three pieces of...something...artistically arrayed on a plate, the amount of food was prodigious; even the bread was perfect! Reasonably priced for what you get; I recommend it highly.
