The wine list was good and, for a restaurant, not overpriced. Found a superb Tignanello with a little age on it. Expensive but reasonable for the quality. The ravioli/shrimp appetizer was world class. The veal scaloppini was very good but perhaps a tiny bit over cooked. The linguini on the side were perfectly cooked and I liked the spicy flavor. It was an amazing experience! The meat ravioli was the amazing, and so was the seafood linguine. The fettuccine Alfredo was a little dry, but still delicious. Also, the service was amazing. The host at the front welcomes us warmly, and our waiter was polite and always checked up on us to see if we needed anything. Overall, it was an amazing experience I would recommend to anyone!
We celebrated my husband's 80th birthday with family. We had a lovely private room. The food was wonderful. The service was very good and the ambiance exquisite. The prices are hard to beat. What more could one ask for? We heartily recommend La Strada.
We were given a private room for a party of 7 celebrating two birthdays. The atmosphere was festive, the food and wine excellent. As we finished dinner, the lights were dimmed and the entire wait staff entered with desserts for the birthday celebrants, complete with lighted candles and sang Happy Birthday in Italian! A highlight for all.

Excellent! The mushroom ravioli are extremity tender, the chicken parmesan is served with creamy polenta. I have had chicken Mattea two times and it is great. Everything is very, very good.
The Mushroom Ravioli is truly exceptional. The Filet was tender and cooked perfectly. The servings were a little on the small side but yet just the right size.
There is no way to think that you are not important or forgotten at La Strada. Service was some of the best I have had in a long time and extremely polite without being pushy. The food was good, maybe a little less than I was hoping for after reading it was a top 10 in Italian food in the country. That being said it was extremely fresh tasting and still worth the trip. It is a great place to go for atmosphere.
Always enjoy dining at LaStrada, however, the reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 was because of the loud rambunctious accordion player's music. Usually, in the past, they had a nice little gentleman play the accordion with Mostly soft and romantic melodies, many were beautiful Italian songs. The new accordion player, plays loudly what I thought sounded like merry-go-round music, and songs like Roll Out the Barrel, etc. He plays too loudly and not delicately as he should for people dining.
