Great Stay, Great Room Room was very clean, well lit and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was able to park on the 2nd level of the garage which is the same floor as the hotel check in. The only downside is the check in desk was closed and you had to walk to the Isle Casino to check in which they weren’t doing until 230pm.

We like the facility, the room could have used a little attention, lamp shade broke, not table, we had friends with another room so that how we know the table was missing. We found that Lady Luck had the best prices for tables and game on the strip, but because of that the place was the most busy and you couldn't get to a table, but.... we did realize too late that is was spring break and.... everyone had received there stimulus check, so a few thing to consider next time.

When I got there the room we reserved was not available. Took us almost 20 minutes to get checked in and for them to find us another room.

We will definitely accommodate requests such specific rooms (based on availability) for our guests and most of the time it's not an issue, however 'm sorry that we were not able to do that on your recent trip. The location was good for us. The one drawback was that the room was too hot, little ability to control the temperature, and we couldn't open a window.
