Front desk lady was excellent and got us a new room at Isle of Capri air conditioning was horrible location

Comfortable bed, very clean room, and good location. I would book there again. Not to charge a resort fee. I don’t understand that charge as it has no amenities. Easy check in and out

Wonderful front desk not manned 24/7. The electronic checkout was fine though. I booked reservations under my name but front desk clerk would not change credit card to the occupants of the 3 rooms I booked. She said she couldn’t do that. We stayed at 6 other hotels on this trip and all the other hotels had no problems doing this. Very inconvenient for all concerned. clean and good location
