Mostly good. Check in was slow. Only one person to handle check in. Several people were waiting. No one at the desk in the morning until 11am. We were on 11th floor and had loud scraping noise off and on all night. We think it nay have come from the elevator. We were a good 5 rooms from the elevator. Did not eat there.

would stay again and again! the window was very dusty an looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. also there was an employee shortage so some waits were longer. the employees! Everyone was so helpful and kind, especially the lady that checked us in on the kiosk at lady luck.
