Quarter Mile Walk to Front Desk!!?? The Lady Luck is connected to the Isle casino through a Labyrinth of skyways and escalators. Instead of having one clerk at each check-in desk, some genius manager chose to close Luck Lady desk, and have two clerks at the Isle. Unlucky Lady guests get to walk about a quarter mile, check in at the Isle, THEN WALK BACK to the hotel to their room. Either SHUT DOWN one hotel or keep BOTH check-in desks open.

For the low price, you would think that you get what you pay for, but Lady Luck was truly awesome. Very friendly staff, super clean. I would highly recommend! They join with Isle casino so you can use your game vouchers in both casinos. Free drinks at Lady Luck, but you have to pay for drinks at Isle which is the only downfall. Besides that, Lady Luck was one of my favorite stays (2 nights) in any hotel.

enjoyed stay but never got items requested via Ivy text messaging service , so therefore; 4 day/3 night stay with no housekeeping services...asked for trash bags twice. no cigar!
