After reading some review and then receiving an email that I may have to check-in at then Isle Casino and Hotel I parked at the Lady Luck parking lot and waited until the 4pm check-in time and the Lady Luck Hotel check-in counters was open. One staff member was new and the other employee was helping her which I had no problem with. She came back to me and was very apologetic and extremely friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Mini frig and pod coffee maker. Quiet-ish, not alot of hallway noise. Bathroom very clean. Bed was firm.

Well first off this was my birthday weekend i turned 30 and i had the best birthday ever i was supposed to go up on the 24th but i got sick and had to switch my day to the 25 and they didnt mind helping me fix that then when u got up there they were waiting for me it was so nice they gave me a valture were i used it for the brisket burnt ends and fries were separate but the meal was outstanding so good i cant wait to go back top notch gaming and top grade stay great room super clean all new i cant wait to return thank u guys... read more
