enjoyed stay but never got items requested via Ivy text messaging service , so therefore; 4 day/3 night stay with no housekeeping services...asked for trash bags twice. no cigar!

Check in was inconvenient at the neighboring hotel. Elevators were hard to find and confusing which one to use on main level. Bed only had one bottom sheet. Maid service was not available to fix bed situation. A/C did not work very well.

The stay was fine, I wasn't completely satisfied with the bed it wasn't comfortable to me at all. But it Was clean and well maintained. I also didn't enjoy to have to walk over to the next hotel to check in and walk all the way back I thought they should have made it known that check in was located in a different property.
