The hotel was generally clean, but the room was dated, the sheets dirty and the bathroom sink didn’t drain. I knew I wasn’t staying at the ritz, but the accommodations hardly seemed sufficient given the cost. I wish I’d paid more to stay somewhere else

Service matters The room was not serviced during our stay. It would be helpful to know that ahead of time. The bed did not have a top sheet and we only had a blanket which was uncomfortable and scratchy. Since we had used our towels and did not know about the servicing issue, we had to beg for towels for the next morning's shower. They were given but not cheerfully so and with a lecture about hanging them up after use.There were not enough coffee pods or cups for two people/two mornings. no real places to shop,wives like that,signs for dining area that couldnt b found,place was clean,friendly,didnt like the bathroom doors

I was overall happy with the hotel. I am very upset and disappointed with Expedia though. Ive used Expedia for many years and you all didn't hold your end of the reservation !
