Staff lack of communication other than that would recommend. On my 2nd day I arranged the day before @ the front desk a late check out and would pay the difference. At (check out morning after I arranged the day befor @ front desk) 9:30am, 11am and 12pm housekeeping knocking on door for check out. Staff lacking communication is not acceptable after your pay for something. Especially while promoting night alcohol and a casino.
