Black Hawk hotel stay! Unbelievable that we had to pay a $16.95 additional fee for services which did NOT include a pool, hot tub, nor weight room. I asked what this fee was for and I was told it was for the coffee pot and 2 small bottles of water in our room. What a joke as those items are included as complimentary in other hotels! Beautiful hotel We booked a room at Lady Luck, but we're actually given a room at Horseshoe, an adjoining property owned by the same company. The room was huge and beautiful, very clean, with very comfortable beds. From photos, the Lady Luck rooms appear very similar to the Horseshoe rooms, if a little smaller. Highly recommended to anyone traveling through to Denver or who would like a nice few nights in a casino hotel.

Had a great time with no problems. The staff was pretty nice and even the staff at the restaurants in the hotel were nice. The casino was also very clean and you get free drinks as long as you are playing which is a huge plus. The rooms were also very clean. Over all we had a good time, can’t really complain about anything

Quiet and clean. Some noise at night. Dog. Typical casino lodging, I guess. Didn’t go there for that anyway.
