Nice place to stay. Check in is not until 4 pm. If you want to check in earlier, there is a fee. Our shower did not work due to hard water. The lift handle was plugged with calcification. Front desk sent a very knowledgeable maintenance worker but unfortunately we were backed up against the 11 am check out time by the time it was fixed. The front desk did refund us the $16.63 resort fee. We stayed in a King Deluxe room. Plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Good location.

We loved the area of Red Hawk but probably won’t return to your resort No microwave was inconvenient since we travel out of a camper van. The bed was not comfortable. Clean rooms

Overall basically a good experience, minus the unfortunate disrespect. I honestly have no complaints minus the greeters, they were so rude and blunt and just made us feel so unwelcome. I get people have bad days, but it was multiple people and that was a huge downfall. Even a few days later and weve been a little caught up on that as we’ve been traveling across country for the last three weeks and that was the worse encounter we have had with employees somewhere.
