Excellent staff and complex! The staff at Lake Club are wonderful! Erin kept in touch via email and we had so much fun touring the complex and apartments with Brittany! The apartments and grounds are beautiful and the location is wonderful. We definitely felt right at home at Lake Club!

5-Star Experience at "Lake club at Polaris"! I have moved here recently, and I am thrilled with my decision. I love where the apartment is located, it's close to office,shopping center, costco, walmart, movie theater, coffee shop, and others. Love it! I am a new resident and my experience so far has been great. I took over a lease, so I had a lot of questions, and needed a few things, like touch up paint, etc. I worked with Brittany R. and she was outstanding. !She always found time to respond to my emails right away, and take the time to walk me through things until I understood. I love the Club House, and my neighbors are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Super Friendly! My experience getting into an apartment at Lake Club has been amazing! I am here from out of state working and was referred to this property and I am glad that I was! The management staff here has been very friendly and helpful! Great location Beautiful place to live overall - Meredith and the other staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The property is wonderful and very well maintained. The only issue for me is I don't understand the use of Pioneer Energy Managment for the electric and water bill as there seems to be numerous additional charges ($40 or more monthly) attached to my bill which over a year will definitely add up.
