I love where the apartment is located, it's close to office,shopping center, costco, walmart, movie theater, coffee shop, and others. Love it! I am a new resident and my experience so far has been great. I took over a lease, so I had a lot of questions, and needed a few things, like touch up paint, etc. I worked with Brittany R. and she was outstanding. !She always found time to respond to my emails right away, and take the time to walk me through things until I understood. I love the Club House, and my neighbors are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Super Friendly! My experience getting into an apartment at Lake Club has been amazing! I am here from out of state working and was referred to this property and I am glad that I was! The management staff here has been very friendly and helpful! Great location Beautiful place to live overall - Meredith and the other staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The property is wonderful and very well maintained. The only issue for me is I don't understand the use of Pioneer Energy Managment for the electric and water bill as there seems to be numerous additional charges ($40 or more monthly) attached to my bill which over a year will definitely add up.

Perfect place to call home! I recently moved into Lake Club and it’s been a dream ever since. To start, Meredith was the best! She’s very thorough and chipper (even at the end of the day). Not only that, but she was very understanding of my situation. The process is lightening fast. I filled out the application and was approved on the same day. Moved in 2 days later. Could not be happier I could not be happier with this apartment complex. I wasn't able to be on location before I signed my lease, and the staff was incredibly helpful remotely. When I moved in, everything was better than I expected. The location is great, and the apartment was everything I was looking for. I'd highly recommend!
