Professional and friendly Vince, Dan and Manita are wonderful team to work with. They were professional and knowledgeable; listening to what I was looking for. It was refreshing not to have a sales team push their agenda while discounting mine. I have experienced other dealers pushing me towards impractical upgrades or designs that don't work with a my large family. It was a very enjoyable and easy experience. Thank you. We will enjoy our new 15 passenger Express van.
Great experience The service was above and beyond. I got everything worked out over the phone. I was in another province and was helped tremendously. I would suggest friends, family, anyone to use this dealership and be helped by those that helped me. If i need a vehicle in the future i would contact these people once again.
Great customer service Richard was great to work with. He had the additional accessories added to our truck quickly along with our winter tires. We were treated with respect and what we really enjoyed was he didn't try to run down other dealerships or manufacturers as other dealerships did prior to going to Lakewood.

Great Experience I had a great experience there. Joshua treated us well. I had some special requests and he did them promptly. Manita took good care of us and did not pressure us into buying extra stuff.
Service experience When visiting the service department here, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and experience brought forth by the team. They made me feel comfortable and confident that my truck was in the right hands. When I came in for just an oil change, I had inquired about some concerns I had with my truck. They addressed those issues and even told me the reasons behind them. The shuttle driver's were also kind and great to be around. Very courteous staff. Excellent job from an excellent team.
Exceptional Customer Service I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Lakewood. I have been going there for 12 years now and have always been satisfied. Dwayne and Cory accommodated me extremely well knowing my time restrictions. At Lakewood I am always greeted by friendly, courteous and knowledgeable Lakewood Service Team members. They always have their customers best interest at heart and I would recommend them to anyone always..........
Always treated like I'm their Best customer. Erika and the rest of the service staff work hard to fit me into their schedule. They make the effort and take the time to do it right - Clean hands Of the service technicians when they are in my vehicle so I don't have to worry about Fingerprints or grease stains when I get back into my car.
Amazing service the auto service department Erika in the service department was beyond helpful. She listened to my every need and filled it. I am a mom with two little boys and she went over and above to accommodate my little family. What a wonderful experience I had there. I absolutely will Never change dealerships. I feel like they appreciate me as a client and now I will appreciate them back! Thanks again Erika!
