Service experience When visiting the service department here, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and experience brought forth by the team. They made me feel comfortable and confident that my truck was in the right hands. When I came in for just an oil change, I had inquired about some concerns I had with my truck. They addressed those issues and even told me the reasons behind them. The shuttle driver's were also kind and great to be around. Very courteous staff. Excellent job from an excellent team.
Exceptional Customer Service I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Lakewood. I have been going there for 12 years now and have always been satisfied. Always treated like I'm their Best customer. Erika and the rest of the service staff work hard to fit me into their schedule. They make the effort and take the time to do it right - Clean hands Of the service technicians when they are in my vehicle so I don't have to worry about Fingerprints or grease stains when I get back into my car.
Amazing service the auto service department Erika in the service department was beyond helpful. She listened to my every need and filled it. I am a mom with two little boys and she went over and above to accommodate my little family. What a wonderful experience I had there. I absolutely will Never change dealerships. First oil change and under spraying I am constantly amazed how knowledgeable and efficient the team at Lakewood is. Dan and Richard go the extra step. Love the new floor mats they installed for me.
