Great Service Prompt on check in, checking on including another service during work being done, and following up on a question I asked about with checking for part and potential cost.
Great service The people at this dealership were great from the salesman to the finance lady and even the friendly sales manager , overall great experience from these people
In the end I believe we feel that we recieved three things ! In the end I believe we feel that we recieved three things ;the price we could live with, the vehicle that has all the toys we need, and a great place with great service.
Easy buying experience I knew exactly what I wanted and factory ordered a brand new Chevrolet Suburban and got a great price agreed upon without ever stepping foot in the dealership. Was quoted 8-12 weeks for delivery. Vehicle arrived just as ordered in 7 weeks. Only spent a total of about 1 hr in the dealership all together. I am pleased with my buying experience with Lakewood Chevrolet.
Drove onto the lot and Carmen Ye appearred at my door. Because Carmen stayed in touch with me and found what I was looking for in just a few hours. I came down next morning to check it out. took it for a drive and loved it. Carmen was very knowledgeable about the truck and all the features. Friendly and efficient My vehicle was serviced within the time frame they projected and they pointed out a couple of things to be done that either they or we could take care of.
True Customer Service They are friendly and have truly stepped up the customer service experience lately! A service advisor greets and approaches you immediately upon driving your vehicle into the garage - so you're not left wondering what to do or who you should approach. Oil change Took my traverse in for an oil change - had booked an appointment - they took it in right away, and while I waited there was a well organized waiting area with tv, coffee, water and clean bathrooms. My vehicle was ready in less than an hour and I was escorted out to it after paying. Wonderful experience.
