Fair and professional Carmen was great to deal with. We had a fair amount of discussion via email after I first looked at the truck. She was always quick to respond and was very informative. the sales manager (forgot his name) was also great, he seemed very upfront and honest. Low pressure
Wonderful, amazing, and caring I had just been in a car accident and walking in there I was reassured I would be taken care of and was. I bought an almost brand new renegade and no negotiating was even needed for a great deal, they threw in extras and helped me with everything along the way and even waited until I knew a bit more from my insurance but held the car for me. What a great place and people! Carmen my sales lady was a joy to work with. 10/10
Great Service I called to book my vehicle in to check out a noise, and get service. Erika booked me in very quickly. She was also very helpful in helping me set up my blue tooth. I felt that all my issues were dealt with.

Fun day at Chevrolet! Breanne made our experience very lovely that we would want to come back again to buy another vehicle and recommend her to our friends to buy a vehicle! Great experience at Lakewood Chevrolet What a pleasure it was to buy our new truck from Lakewood. The salesman (Joshua) and sales manager (Dan) are great to deal with. We told them what we wanted and they put us in the proper truck. Very professional people. We have always found their Service Department to be knowledgeable, courteous, and flexible in meeting our needs, schedules, and financial limits.
