Oil change I was immediately met by Erika. She confirmed my appointment for an oil change. She verified and informed me there was no recall on my truck. She asked me if there was any other services that I would like to be performed. Erika asked me if I was going to wait for my truck and I said yes. Erika informed me that I could go into the lounge and they would come and get me when the service was completed.
Amazing service! I just recently bought a new car at lakewood Chev and my experience was nothing less the perfect. Every person i dealt with was more then happy to help me find something that was in my budget and jump through hoops to get me exactly what i wanted. And the service department is what made me want to come back, always working hard to get me car serviced as fast as possible with a smile on their faces.
Fantastic. Dan attended our service visit and did an excellent job. He explained the work to be carried out on my van rear breaks and ensured a perfect job. His Manager Paul is known to me for many years and always he extends his warmest greeting with a great smile and explains me in detail and suggests the best solution. Service James worked with me on continuously updating me on my vehicles status. The service department continued to try and fix an issue that was uncommon.

Air Conditioning repair From start to finish, dealing with James was pleasant. He explained what was needed and kept me informed of the progress. When picking up my vehicle, he did a walk-around with me, and made sure I was happy with the work. Best experience with a service department to date!!!
Great place to purchase a vehicle I was pleasantly surprised by the honestly of Wayne and the team. No hassle to try and sell, gave me the price I was looking for and gave me a fair trade in value. Pretty much everything I was looking for I received, including swapping over my box rails.
