Excellent repairs done to my Nissan Had a number of repairs required to my Nissan and despite this being a Chev dealership they took it on and did very good work. The service people are helpful and friendly, and the service manager is very good at dealing with client concerns. Knew I was being listened to and understood.
Service Department i went to Lakewood Chevrolet to book an appointment for a key fob replacement for my 2006 Despite not having an appointment, James, the service rep I spoke to was not only able to get the key fob replaced, but also an oil change and coolant flush service done at the same time while I waited. Great to deal with! Vince at Lakewood was very welcoming and very knowledgeable in the truck that I purchased. The whole dealership was very friendly and made us feel at home. They even allowed us to bring our brand new puppy inside the dealership! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Oil change I was immediately met by Erika. She confirmed my appointment for an oil change. She verified and informed me there was no recall on my truck. She asked me if there was any other services that I would like to be performed. Erika asked me if I was going to wait for my truck and I said yes. Erika informed me that I could go into the lounge and they would come and get me when the service was completed.
Amazing service! I just recently bought a new car at lakewood Chev and my experience was nothing less the perfect. Every person i dealt with was more then happy to help me find something that was in my budget and jump through hoops to get me exactly what i wanted. And the service department is what made me want to come back, always working hard to get me car serviced as fast as possible with a smile on their faces.
Fantastic. Dan attended our service visit and did an excellent job. He explained the work to be carried out on my van rear breaks and ensured a perfect job. His Manager Paul is known to me for many years and always he extends his warmest greeting with a great smile and explains me in detail and suggests the best solution.
