Avalanche service I feel many service stations over charge and talk down to a female. I was told by a service station that my Avalanche needed over $2,000 in repairs. Lakewood fixed the problem for less than $1,000.00. They also fixed a couple of small problems for no cost. When I got home my side mirrors were not working and James helped me get them going over the phone! I cannot say enough about the confidence I have at this service department. Thank you!

Lakewood is the best Dearlship for any of your needs! I have been dealing with Lakewood for many years and I can't say one thing bad about any department, they are the best! You can go into any department and they are so helpful and pleasant.

Out of the Old and into the New I have had service done at this dealership before but never purchased a vehicle until now. Our purchase experience with Lakewood was great! I was very comfortable dealing with Lakewood and I never ever felt pressured into making a quick decision on my purchase. Locating the vehicle which matched my specific list of options took some work but they made it happen! A big thanks to all of the people at Lakewood Chev who made this a smooth transition from our old vehicle to our new!

2018 Equinox Purchase I have dealt with this dealership for 10 years and not without some issues but they always rectify concerns immediately because customer service is important to them and they walk that talk. Dan is the backbone of this dealership and in my opinion new or seasoned staff can learn a great deal from him in terms of customer service and the value of timely communication and solution focused strategies. This is my third Equinox but it is the small touches from staff that keep me loyal to this dealership.

First New Car! Sean gave us amazing service. We had many specific questions and he was able to answer all of them just perfectly. Financing office was also a big help Tammy was just wonderful! So, after hounding for 4 hours for what I wanted in a car, the colour, price and other offers were unbeatable and I came out with an awesome looking Cruze!

Great Service at Lakewood James from Lakewood Chev was able to arrange a pick up/drop off at my office. This made what is normally a hassle a breeze. I didn't have to worry about being car-less for a day and arranging rides. To add, the service was great. Will definitely be going back to Lakewood!

My 125% satisfactory experience I have rated the dealership as excellent because they actually listened to my needs. not like other dealerships that try to sell you on just any vehicle regardless of what you have told them as long as they make a sale. The same day I was at a different dealership for a different brand name of a vehicle and the service that I got I would say it was the worse and believe me I know the expectations of customers as I work in an environment that the highest Customer Service has to be met. Bought a new truck during a recent sales event. Service was excellent. Dealer forgot to put on mud flaps at delivery, but quickly addressed this and they were put on immediately without a problem. Have brought my previous vehicles to this dealership for service in the past and have been happy with service so far.
