Nissan Repair Even though I have a Nissan the service shop at Lakewood did a very good job of fixing the problems and getting be back on my way. Will bring my car here the next time it goes on the fritz.
Felt at home! First off, if you're looking for a new car save your self the time and come straight to Lakewood! My husband and I went to most of the dealerships in Edmonton and Sherwood park and we didn't find a better deal than the one they offered us. Mike went above and beyond our expectations. Service with a smile! I am so happy that this was my first experience with buying a new car. Linda made me feels so relaxed and comfortable. Who knew you were supposed to laugh so much while car shopping? She made my experience fun, simple and enjoyable! Lakewood definitely gave me higher standards for what I expected from a car dealership, and I can't wait for them to help me with my next vehicle purchase :)
Good experience Before I went to Lakewood I was dealing with another dealership, I found them to be rude and they tried to get me into a truck I didn't want. After that I went to Lakewood and found them to be very helpful, they asked me what I would be using the truck for. They were never pushy and did a great job working with me .
New Vehicle Purchase The sales and finance department were great, responsive, knowledgeable and found the truck that most fit my need. When we requested additional accessories to be added to the unit, the price was competitive and the quality of the work met my expectations.
Friendly and very accommodating. Dan Bass and Sean Simon were a huge help to me with the purchase of a new car for my 85 year old mother who lives in Calgary. They kept her within an affordable budget, and accommodated us with pictures to send her in Calgary. An Old School Approach to Car Sales with a great team! I arrived at Lakewood Chevrolet after a poor experience at a large Chevy competitor in Edmonton, Alberta. I sought out Dan Bass who was listed as the New Sales Department Manager on the website for Lakewood. He wasn't in but Aaron Dela Cruz, New Vehicle Sales, spoke with me and listened!
