Efficient and Accomodating I got a courtesy phone call by one of their sale's reps asking about my used Chev Cruze 2011 purchased October 2014. They offered me the potential to trade my vehicle in.... 2 weeks later I was driving out of the dealership with my 2016 NEW Chevrolet Cruze. Unfortunate first impression. To start off the people at Lakewood Chevrolet Service center were nice and friendly. I just hope their diagnostic mistakes are a few and far between for other customers because they would end up wasting their time and money needing different service done. If your think Lakewood quotes are too expensive for you make sure that the other service shop confirms Lakewood diagnostic report so you don't end up spending extra time and money like me.
