Unfortunate first impression. To start off the people at Lakewood Chevrolet Service center were nice and friendly. I just hope their diagnostic mistakes are a few and far between for other customers because they would end up wasting their time and money needing different service done. If your think Lakewood quotes are too expensive for you make sure that the other service shop confirms Lakewood diagnostic report so you don't end up spending extra time and money like me. Wonderful Experience We were warmly welcomed to the dealership. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It would be nice if the tire pressures were checked before we received the vehicle...OnStar notified us that the tire pressure needed to be looked after.
