Awesome experience! Brought my car in for recalls and it was super busy. Service advisor Erika was very efficient and attended to me right away. I gave the necessary information and was then offered a courtesy ride home moments later. All in all it was great service!!! Thank you Lakewood.

New Silverado Had a great experience for the second time in 5 years at Lakewood. Vince and Danny showed me the the right vehicle on the first try and worked hard on my behalf to get me the best price. Suspension fix When I bought my truck I had the dealership install air bags and a 4.5" lift and in the coming months after one of the airbags developed a clearance issue and then a air leak i called the sealed up told them what had happened brought it in the looked at it all and covered all the work which would have been in the thousands
Chev Colorado I had an excellent buying experience. Jim was very helpful and informative. He worked with our busy schedule and found a deal that worked for us. Manita was also very good in Finance, no extra pressure to buy anything, but thoroughly explained all the options.
Customer more than commision I was looking for my car for myself. I walked into Lakewood Chevrolet and talked with Ahmad. I told Ahmad my preference price range and model. He helped me to search in new inventory and did some test drive. Then he helped me look into the used inventory and found the car I finally choose. Happy Customer Vince was awesome Never Pushy, I almost made a deal on the same vehicle at another dealership I didn't like my sales person at all I phoned Vince asked if they would make the same deal , within an hour deal was made! I was never made to feel rushed or any of the questions or concerns I had were a waste of his time! When we decided to buy a new vehicle we decided to purchase a new version of our previous car (Equinox). I give all the staff I have dealt with high kudos.
