Service repair for engine light on. Last week during the cold snap in Edmonton and surrounding areas my engine light came on and vehicle started sputtering on my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. Limped the vehicle into Lakewood and was told I could leave it there for diagnostic check to find out what the problem was but there was a possibility that it would not be repaired that day due to the weather and how busy they were. Great Customer Care Last week when I had a warning come on saying AWD needs servicing, I took my vehicle in and they ordered a new part, and repaired the vehicle. I was very happy with how Erika helped me, and made the experience a very pleasant one.
Consistent Great Customer Service I purchased a truck there earlier this year, and have had some warranty and recall items that needed attention. My first time there I was in touch with Dan Boulet from the service department. He was a consummate professional, and was very helpful with my first issue.
