A great experience. Buying my new Malibu from lakewood was a very good experience. From the sales staff, financing department, dealing with the trade in, and even questions I had for the service department. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and they worked together impeccably well.
Scary, yet simply amazing, all at the same time, I felt like I was treated like a queen. It was almost like there was a red carpet laid out for me. When I first sat down with Ethan he asked what I wanted, got all the information, when Sean came in to see if he could help me get what I wanted as well. The last thing that I thought would happen would that I would be driving away with a brand new vehicle that met ALL the specifications that I wanted. I could not have asked for a better team to help me.
Extremely painless and refreshingly straight forward There was no pressure sale tactics, and they really listened to what I needed in a vehicle. No talking me into something on the lot that wasn't suitable. Took the time to get exactly the right vehicle for my needs at a very fair price. Overall, one of the best vehicle buying visits ever.
Great service and great product!! The staff were so friendly and cheerful through the whole drawn-out purchase process! Last fall I started looking for a new car and the Lakewood staff found a model at another Edmonton-area dealership. However, it did not become available so I decided to factory order. When that did not materialize, the Lakewood people worked very hard to find one I'd like. They did and I'm very very pleased with the car, and especially the sales department people.
New 2500HD Silverado Purchase I recently purchased a new (awesome) Chevy Silverado 2500HD and am very pleased with the before and after sales service. Ethan was very courteous and helped select a vehicle that met our needs and budget without any sales pressure whatsoever. They had the perfect vehicle on the lot (at the right price) and threw in a 5th wheel prep. package that we wanted. I would recommend Lakewood (and Ethan) to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

first oil change and recall I took my Cruz in for its first oil change and recall. The service was awesome from start to finish. Dwayne saw a repair that needed to be done I had missed and am grateful. I took the shuttle rather than waiting and the drivers are great! The follow up email to make sure every thing was satisfactory was appreciated.
It s good place to comfortable and good space rooms. I want to buy new car and dealership offer good deal.. Show around many new vehicles and I decided choose new car and try drive with dealer. Dealer is good show which one good deal price . I choose new 2014 sonic RS .
