Great friendly staff to deal with & a pleasure to buy from The friendly staff that I dealt with were very helpful and accommodating. All my questions were answered with knowledge and if they didn't know an answer were very quick to follow up. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend the same to anyone. Efficient and enjoyable They know their product and work to make the deal happen. all of the staff were interested in answering any questions that arose during my time there. When we are looking for our next vehicle I will start looking at Lakewood.
I sent my vehicle in to the service department They were helpful and accommodating. They gave me a discount and went above and beyond with the services I requested. The staff clearly explained and showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and why it needed to be fixed.
Was treated like gold It didn't matter that I was buying the cheapest car on the lot. Everyone in the dealership was amazing, very knowledgeable in each of their respected fields. Would recommend, and will be the first place I check when I want a new car after this one.
Excellent Service, Problems Resolved! Updated as of Mar 3, 2016 After making my post originally I finally got to talk to the General Manager of Lakewood Chevrolet, Kerry Russell. He listened to what I had to say, understood the root of my frustration, and did what he could to resolve the issue. He went out of his way and even contacted GM to see what they would be willing to do to help my situation, and he did what he could on his end. Fun buying a new car I was shopping for a new car and knew what I wanted and the staff at Lakewood Chevy made the experience of buying a new car fun.
Great technical skills. Great communication skills. I recommend Lakewood for car service because I feel that the service consultants have excellent communication skills and the technicians have excellent technical skills. Even though my car is 13 years old it has always run perfectly but, recently, it started idling very rough and seemed like it would stall; it ended up needing an ignition module and an ignition coil pack.
