A great deal, on wonderful wheels. Solid, helpful, friendly service. Lakewood gave me the best deal that could be found for my brand new, fully loaded 2016 Chevy Cruz. I'm thinking a road trip in my new car. I must pay a visit to Banff, and Jasper. A drive through the rockies is in order. ^_^!

Always excellent The people in the service department of Lakewood Chevrolet are second to none. I have been dealing with them on and off for the better part of 10 years and the customer service has consistently been excellent across that span. Cory especially has been outstandingly helpful for a long time, and everyone in the department is always friendly, courteous and professional.
Great professional service When I arrived I was greeted promptly and very nicely. My vehicle was serviced quickly and everything I had inquired about was attended to beyond my satisfaction. I was also very happy and surprised to have my lights covered by warranty.

Very good dealership After a few small issues, Kerry Russell tried his best to make sure I was totally satisfied. I highly recommend Lakewood as an all around dealership. Although we could not make a deal on a new vehicle, I do continue to service my vehicle with Lakewood. Just an important note that Mark (Technician) in the service shop is the most careful and precise tech I have ever met.
