January 2106 I bought my previous vehicle at Lakewood in 2011. Over the years, I became comfortable relying on Dwayne Lucas in the service department which was my primary reason for returning to Lakewood. I find Lakewood less intimidating than other dealerships and really appreciated dealing with female employees in the showroom/finance department. You make some very good points regarding what to focus on at delivery. We have a lot of wonderful technology in our vehicles but it all takes time to go over.
