Very good dealership After a few small issues, Kerry Russell tried his best to make sure I was totally satisfied. I highly recommend Lakewood as an all around dealership. Although we could not make a deal on a new vehicle, I do continue to service my vehicle with Lakewood. Just an important note that Mark (Technician) in the service shop is the most careful and precise tech I have ever met.

January 2106 I bought my previous vehicle at Lakewood in 2011. Over the years, I became comfortable relying on Dwayne Lucas in the service department which was my primary reason for returning to Lakewood. I find Lakewood less intimidating than other dealerships and really appreciated dealing with female employees in the showroom/finance department. You make some very good points regarding what to focus on at delivery. We have a lot of wonderful technology in our vehicles but it all takes time to go over. Great people , very helpful and made sure I left with everything I expected. The kids loved that they were allowed to play with their balloons and even take one home ?? Absolutely love the Equinox and have recommended it to friends and family.
