As first time home buyers it was great working with someone so knowledgeable and someone who didn't mind repeating how things worked (a few times) or what the next steps were. I was uncertain as Lanie was recommended by my realtor, I really didn't expect her to come in with a lower rate. I shopped around after I got my offer accepted. Lanie came in with the best rate hands down. Lanie and her team were phenomenal! As first-time home buyers, we were brand new to the process and Lanie alleviated many of our concerns. Lanie and the team that worked on her behalf provided us with great communication from beginning to end. We had a long search for a new home in this market, and Lanie was wonderful in terms of providing us with preapproval notices, updating documents and otherwise staying in touch with us during the search for a home.
