I can’t say enough about how integral Lanie was to our entire process of buying our first home. Lanie and I worked together roughly one year ago for our first home purchase. I must admit I was a bit blind coming into the process as this was the first home I’d be purchasing. Lanie's knowledge of all the various mortgage products out there are second to none. She expertly guided the purchase of our home and went above and beyond when we ran into some issues closing on our sale. She even offered to call our buyer when she was having issues closing on her loan to see if she could assist in any way to speed things up. I have never worked with someone so gifted in the mortgage space. Lanie is an expert specialist and was patient in guiding us every step of the way in obtaining our mortgage.
