RecommendedClean, Quiet, Peaceful Resort. We stayed in one of the Tiny Homes which was beautiful, only negative for the the tiny home no blow dryer and I did not bring mine. The bar area is breath taking. Staff welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this RV Resort to anyone.

RecommendedWonderful RV park! Second time we’ve stayed and didn’t think it could be any better, but they’ve upped their game! In addition to an immaculate park and beautiful pool area; they now have a food truck and full bar on site. So convenient to all the things Fredericksburg too! Can’t wait to return!!

RecommendedWe stayed here in our Class A motorhome and were so impressed with the resort! The grounds were so nice. We did not use the amenities but enjoyed our stay. Just a short drive to all the restaurants and shopping made this a great location. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Thank you all for a wonderful stay while in Fredericksburg!

RecommendedAwesome rv park. Well designed and all the amenities are great. Heated pool, nice hot tub. Only downside I have is that it was built at the end of the Fredricksburg airport runway. You’ll have to listen to planes taking off and landing during the day. Other than that it was a great weeks stay.

RecommendedJust had 3 great days in this beautiful place. Very nice welcome when we arrived. Everyone was very accommodating. Bathroom and showers were remarkably clean and large. Very well organized park.

RecommendedWell maintained park close to Fredericksburg, very clean. The staff were excellent, helpful and proud of the park. They are still adding amenities, but the main areas are wonderful. Pool was great.

RecommendedNice sites, great amenities and the staff is exceptional. We stayed for a week and the campground is very quiet and relaxing. A few planes fly over during the day from the municipal airport across the highway but most everyone is out exploring during the day anyway. The airport shuts down at night so not really an issue.
