Communication was often missed. I had to send the same documents to them multiple times. They would misconstrue what they were looking at and ask questions that caused a steep rise in stress for my wife and I. I was asked for my college transcripts at one point which had nothing to do with my loan which I thought was a bit disconcerting. Just seemed like they had no idea what was going on.
