We would have liked more prompt responses from her and Chantel. There were numerous mistakes that we kept catching and we had to run our credit a few times when we didn’t need to bc of delays. I’m would like sales and KBHS to communicate better so they know the timeline and we never felt like they talked and would get our house updates from us. Also being that this was our first time buying a home I would have liked things to be explained and not just hurry up and sign your documents because we are in a hurry.
