Greg was excellent to work with and bent over backwards for us. We really appreciated all his time and dedication. We struggled with the change of processors and felt defeated at times as we were doing everything in our power to move things along as soon as possible. The only thing is I felt that the mortgage came right down to closing date and I didn’t feel that I was updated about the progression of the loan. The online website progression did not seem to directly relate where we were at in the loan process.
