Initially it was awful, no communication and it felt like if I didn’t text we would just be forgotten. It got better after I called Churchill. Still, the process took five months and it felt like there were constant mistakes and setbacks, like when I called to change the loan amount after the final bid came in, and then when the closing non-documents came through the original loan amount was still listed so they had to resend everything out again.
