It took more than 3 months to complete this loan. The underwriting and approval process was extended because there was a dispute over our “locked rate“. After going back-and-forth multiple times, I finally elevated my concerns to the branch manager (Larry Fry) who quickly resolved the discrepancy. I eventually got the terms that we had initially agreed upon, but was quite frustrated with the underwriting process. Thanks Larry for helping me get it resolved!
