Greg and Jody were amazing to work with. They had better advice on how to get it done then a dozen other lenders I talked to. I'm grateful for Churchill being able to provide us with a loan though we do not have a credit score. I'm also grateful for the team that worked on our loan, but I wish that the communication was more consistent. At times my emails/texts/etc. were answered promptly but other times it took days. I understand somethings may take time to figure out, but keeping me updated during the process, i.e. open and regular communication, is so important during all the deadlines of the home buying process. Larry's team were in constant communication with us on our refinance. Our emails & text were answered immediately. The Churchill app made the process of uploading our documents easy.
