We experienced too much confusion and frustration regarding our new mortgage loan....Larry tried hard, but the underwriter caused him to continually ask for what we felt were unnecessary and redundant documents/information causing my wife and myself heightened stress and anxiety. Sorry, but our overall our home mortgage experience with KB was unsatisfactory.
