Larry was great at timely and clear communication, which was night and day from Jeff Miller, our previous loan officer. We requested a new one after Jeff left off all our credits (the only reason we chose KBHS) and our taxes from our paperwork, putting us on the hook for $7000+ more at closing. This was our final straw with him. He (Jeff) did not take ownership of this and had to be reminded several times to fix it prior to us signing. Very quick to respond. Explained things well since we were first time home buyers we didn't understand some of the loan terms and such. Made sure to rush our loan when we needed to close by certain date. Very nice and made sure we were taken care of !
