Larry was great at timely and clear communication, which was night and day from Jeff Miller, our previous loan officer. We requested a new one after Jeff left off all our credits (the only reason we chose KBHS) and our taxes from our paperwork, putting us on the hook for $7000+ more at closing. This was our final straw with him. He (Jeff) did not take ownership of this and had to be reminded several times to fix it prior to us signing.
