RecommendedI would 100% recommend this place! The study lounge, to leash free dog park, the hammock swings in the coat collective are ALL things that make this a true home. Oh… the customer service from Scott was absolutely astonishing. Thanks Scott for going above and beyond for your tenants!

The best student living quarters I've lived in.
I LOVED living at latitude! To be honest, it's hard to think of any cons. The staff is super nice and helpful and always willing to help with anything! When i moved in, they helped me have an early move in, and my apartment was clean and ive never had any issues with anything in my apartment. The 1 -2 times i had something happen in my apartment, they fixed right away. The only bad is getting locked out, theres a lock out fee and you only get one key, so just have to be super careful when leaving to always have your key! A s... read more
I stayed at Latitude from 2018-2020. Pros: I felt so comfortable and secure at all times. I liked that property management was on-site as this helped to quickly resolve any issues I was experiencing. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Package concierge was super convenient. The buildings and amenities were always clean. My apartment faced the back of the building so I never heard any noise from outside. The area is generally more peaceful than the green street area.
