This is by far the best up and coming property in town. Love the amenities! So excited for their Grand Opening!
RecommendedDon't stay latitude!!!! The HAVC SYSTEM is damm shot, in May, room temperature is 64F, The air conditioning produce very very strong and cold wind, The office just give me the heater. Can you imagine that. Almost one week nothing repaired. Don't rent here....!!!I hope my broken English do it clearly.

The policy of Latitude is disappointing. Think twice before leasing with them. Latitude would charge the residents a large amount of money for some unreasonable ‘reasons’. Recently, Latitude ridiculously charge our apartment for 160$ because they thought we put five letters (they consider those letters as trash) on the table next to the mailbox. The building is in a bad neighborhood. Managers are rude. I don't recommend anybody to live there.
my daughter moved in 4 days ago in 90 degree heat and has not had air conditioning. She and I have contacted Management, Abby, but she has done NOTHING to resolve the issue. She promised to call me back but she has not. We have called multiple times, but no one there seems to care. I had to spend $400 on a portable air conditioning unit so my daughter can sleep. Now that we are over half way into our one bedroom lease at Latitude I feel that I have enough to make a review on this place. While the apartments are very nice looking and it’s incredibly convenient because we use the CrossFit gym downstairs, this has been one of the worst places I have ever lived. We discovered VERY quickly that we were placed UNDERNEATH the “On demand” gym on the 6th floor. It has been a nightmare and little has been done to fix this issue. I've lived at latitude for the past year. To summarize my experience: Latitude is a money hungry company that seeks every single opportunity to suck the money out of you. And yes, if you live there, keep record of everything and take pictures of every interaction with them.
I am reviewing Latitude as a parent of a female student. We visited this summer and were very excited to lease a one bedroom apartment. The model was beautiful and the amenities were very enticing. The actual experience has been disappointing. To begin with it took months for the coffee house and crossfit gym to open. Of course the pool was not finished but that was understandable. The building is pretty until you look at the little details - the fit and finish, since it then becomes readily apparent that the construction was rushed. For the price theyre asking, it's not up to par. Add in the fact that management doesn't seem to care about maintaining their "no smoking" policy (be it tobacco or weed) and the residents don't seem to bother cleaning up after themselves when they party in the communal facilities, and it becomes a place that's hard to recommend.
