Apartment is okay. POOR Management! AC break down frequently. My room sometimes get below 65F in winter. Overpriced for horrible management.

I will only delete this if you send someone IMMEDIATELY I have waited two hours and they are charging me a hidden fee of 50 dollars for unacceptable service! I should not have to wait OVER TWO hours and they hang up on you!!!

I wouldn't recommend Latitude to anyone. Yes , the apartments are nice but management is horrible and these apartments are too expensive for horrible management.

Good Amenities - if they were finished, staff is not very helpful or responsive. Still waiting for my incentive when promised 30-60 days after move in - apartments are great - work orders take some time. hopefully things get better.

My expectations were not fulfilled and this building was supposed to be finished in August and ASK ME if it's done? NOPE! It's September and the pools and rooftop are still under construction. I am disappointed about the decision I made to live here. A waste of the $865 I'm paying per month.

My experience with this apartment so far has been frustrating, inconvenient, and annoying. The apartments look nice but the staff and management here is the worst. Whenever there is an issue they do the bare minimum to resolve it. They delay everything and have yet to fufill the promises that caused any of us to sign leases in the first place. the pool is incomplete, building was not ready by the move in date, incentives that were supposed to be given within 30 days of moving in came 2 months late.
