LIVE LATITUDE!! It’s soooo nice here. I really do not know what these other reviews are talking about! Definitely don’t pay them any mind because this is the place to live. Everything is so modern, nice, and clean. Everything is also always working and even when it’s not they’re dealt with extremely quick. The staff are also soooo helpful and understanding. Will definitely go out of their way to help! Live Latitude!!
Latitude is an awesome property. With top of the line amenities and a staff that truly goes above and beyond to accommodate their residents, Latitude really does feel like a community!
Absolutely love being at Latitude! They have the best walk-in closet literally one of the biggest I've seen! The staff is very friendly and resolve problems as quickly as they can. I love the amenities that they offer. It's even minutes away from campus like you can't beat that! Definitely recommend living here!
I’ve lived at Latitude for six months now and absolutely LOVE this place! I can’t say enough about how awesome and friendly Management and Staff are. They have been very responsive and helpful. I’m new to town...so they’ve given me so much great advice on local places to try and explore. I highly recommend calling Latitude your home!
I absolutely love Latitude! Friendly staff, gorgeous apartments with high end finishes. Maintenance is quick to respond, the property is always clean and the pool is awesome! I would without hesitation recommend Latitude to any of my family or friends looking for a wonderful place to live!
Latitude is a great community to live in with fun resident events!
At first I thought Latitude was an expensive place to live, but after looking at everything that is included when living here the price makes a lot more sense. Utilities, internet, and cable are all included which is great. They have a 24 hour fitness center so I am able to workout whenever I need to. The study rooms are nice and having free printing is a bonus. When its warmer outside its nice to be able to relax by the pool or go up to one of the rooftops and grill.
