Dr. Matian is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to in my life. He is so thorough and honestly, pretty much "OCD" when it comes to clean and perfect teeth. I, myself, happen to be a red wine drinker and Dr. Matian makes sure my teeth are pearly white and healthy each time I leave. His staff is always professional, dental office is very clean, and he uses state of the art equipment and X-ray machines. First time at this place, extremely clean, friendly and profesional staff. I just dropped in for a regular cleaning and X-rays and I know I will definitely be coming back for more procedures in the near future. Will recommend this place to all my friends and family..
Dr. Shawn is an amazing dentist. I went to him for a special procedure needing special care. I was very nervous, and like many of my friends I have anxiety at doctors offices. Unlike my previous dentist, Dr Shawn and his assistant Anthony took time to explain the procedure and educated me on the work I need. I'm grateful for his service, and agree with the positive feedback on here. Thank you Dr Shawn and his team of professionals
I was so happy to hear Dr. Shawn has opened another location.. I have a big event this weekend and I called Dr. Shawn for a cleaning and whitening, I explained my urgency and Dr. Shawn went out of his way to see me in his Brand new office and as always I got the five star treatment.. I have to admit, I hate going to the dentist and the sound of the drill gives me shivers everytime, but Dr. Shawn and his staff somehow managed to minimize that horrific feeling.
Lavo dental front desk said they were waiting approval for my Cleaning it took over 2 months and still no word back.. I had to go to another clinic and pay out of pocket.
I don't get it. I was waiting for my insurance coverage for my denta for more than 2 monthsl but the front desk said it was taking longer than. I had to pay for my Dental cleaning and and Porcelain at Dr. Zin diamond Dental in Woodland hills for over 5400 dollars with my mom's passing away money
Started off with a great receptionist, but the Dr himself no thank you. First off you don't turn away people with a dental emergency and tell them you cant work on the tooth without 400.00 down knowing your insurance covers dental emergencies. You can provide antibiotics, you can open up a tooth and clean up the infection without authorization as long as you have full x-rays in which they did. They would have gotten reimbursed. Reception staff is amazing and so sweet. I went to get a routine check up and cleaning. After waiting 2 hours, I had only had x rays done. That's fine, I didn't mind waiting. I was then told I had 2 cavities. I have never had a cavity before as I take good care of my teeth so I was a little thrown off. I waited around some more and was told I would have to wait another 30 or so minutes to be seen by the dentist. I ended up leaving before being seen again because I had to go to work. We visit this place looking forward for a extraction due a several pain and discomfort, at first everything was really nice but once the diagnostic was clear they desire the best way to go was the root canal, I want to clarify this first.. the customer is requesting to get an extraction for convenience and effectiveness, after we received the recommended action, we clearly expressed that we desire the extraction anyways but the didn't want to do that...
