I was very impressed with the front desk Ashley , I called so many offices and wouldn't step foot in the office because my first impression is very important to me. She was very informative and knows her job and was very helpful to me. The hygienist is very straightforward and really cleans the teeth well. I came in for a first time visit for an exam and Dr. Matian was great! He explains everything that I needed and was happy to answer all my questions & concerns. His staff is great as well! Very friendly environment. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
Rona is the best dental hygienist! She's not only a sweetheart but an extremely knowledgeable professional. She's takes her time and will explain everything she's doing and the why's behind it. My teeth have never felt so healthy. This office also has the latest technology which makes it stand out from the others. I have to also compliment the front office for being so professional and pleasant.
I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with my experience at northridge.dental. Everything from the clean and modern office, to the friendly doctor and staff. Dr. Matian's work is exceptional and he knows how to make his patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. I would recommend Dr. Matian to anyone looking to get any dental work done!
What an experience! Dr. Matian and his staff is nothing but top notch and professional. I came in for the 1st time to get my teeth cleaned in a while and I figured I would have to fill out alot of paper work and wait a while to be seen but nope...within 2mins of me completing my paper work I was in my chair and ready to rock and roll! Dr Matian is by far the best dentist I've ever been too. I used to have a phobia when it came to any dental work , but all of that changed. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, very clean and his office is equipped with the newest technology, nothing but state of the art. His assistant and his staff are very sweet and very helpful. I used to be terrified of the dentist as a child but this place makes me feels comfortable and always takes great care of my teeth. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to my busy schedule. Had my wisdom teeth pulled and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
This office is the reasons why I continue to pay for PPO dental even though my employer covers my HMO 100% ! Dr Shawn has done AMAZING WORK on my teeth . I have always been self conscious, since I had a filling on by front tooth that has been discolored since the 2nd grade (I'm in my mid 20s now)& silver fillings. I would avoid smiling in pictures because I knew a yellow speck would be detected in my photo.
