During my first call with Bryan Fagan he explained how I would be able to file for guardianship of my adult son (if I was able to locate him in Houston) and that I would be able to have control of his receiving treatment for his mental illness. Terrible organization. They nickle and dime you to death. They go into your credit card accounts that you have used to make payments and withdraw funds without notifying you. Absolutely stay away from them.

They deserve zero stars but you have to give them at least one. Do not use this firm. Stay away they will steal your money. They will not call you back. They will give you the runaround check their yelp reviews. They are horrible law firm.

Do not use this law firm. They will Double and Triple charge you for "review" of documents. I had one document to be filed with the court. It cost me $9127.00. Over $3200 in "REVIEW" charges with 4 different departments in the law firm. It was ONE FORM...but reviewed by 4 different depts at the same law firm. It is a way for them to over charge their clients. And you do not deal with Bryan Fagan. He is just the name on the building.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!! They take your money and nickel and dime you for everything. The divorce was quoted for $3,500. Once the court automatically set a court date, they then charged our account for an additional $12,000. When I asked about this, they ignored my emails and phone calls. This divorce with no children has cost over $16,000.
