Consulted with this firm. Then they consulted with my ex wife. I followed up on my consultation and they told me that since they consulted with her they cannot work with me since there is a conflict of interest. They consulted with me first. They consulted with me first. Did I mention that they consulted with me first? Zero accountability in this crooked Family Law industry.
DO NOT HIRE BRYAN FAGAN LAW GROUP. Believe me when I tell you, this law firm is the reason people despise lawyers. Believe every review about them billing you excessively without authorization. All they care about is charging you and getting their money. I contacted them about modifying a child custody agreement. Do not use them, I unfortunately did for a Child Support case for my adult disabled son and first off they never changed the original case venue from to Houston and continued to bill me for a case they couldn't legally argue in the court, five thousand to be exact!
