Lawrence has been a tremendous help in assisting me with refinancing my home. I was skeptical because I knew I'd be out of town and was worried about how I would get the paperwork signed and back to him in a timely fashion. But he guided me every step of the way. I was a little skeptical going into it in the beginning because I thought we didn’t have enough saved, but after our first conversation I had no doubt he was going to make it happen! Every single step of the way Lawrence contacted us and let us know what was going on. He was always a phone call/text away when we had any questions, and when it was all said and done, he helped us buy our first house spending less out of pocket than expected and closed in way faster time than imagined!
